Overview
This machine consists of ultra low speed, no broken elevator, vertical air screen, cyclone dedusting system, large proportion platform, vibrating and grading screen. It can remove dust, chaff, shell and other light impurities. It can also remove the blighted seed, budding seed, damaged seed (by insect), rotten seed, deteriorated seed, moldy seed, non-viable seed, seed with black powder sick. After the large and small impurities have removed, the finished product can be divided into best, medium and small particles.

5XFZ-50 Double Air Screen Cleaner with Double Gravity Table
Overview
The material enters the bulk grain bin via an elevator. After being evenly distributed, the grain is fed into a front air screen to remove light impurities (such as dust, chaff, and fine straw). It then enters a vibrating grading screen to remove large impurities (such as straw and cob fragments), small impurities (such as broken grains, sand, and dust), and small particles from the raw grain. The main material then passes through a rear air screen to remove light impurities again. Subsequently, it flows into two gravity tables connected in series for two gravity separation processes to remove light impurities such as chaff, sprouted grains, insect-damaged grains, and moldy grains. Finally, the finished product is discharged.
