Product Description
The QZB-1600 Automatic Packaging Machine is a fully automatic packaging unit designed for 5–25kg products, optimized for high-speed industrial bagging. Featuring a double-station design, it significantly improves packaging efficiency and throughput.
The machine supports both ordinary woven bag packaging and woven bag folding packaging, providing flexible solutions for diverse production needs. Operators can switch between packaging phases with a single click on the touch screen, and the machine automatically adjusts positions and system parameters, realizing true automated production.
Equipped with a touch screen and PLC programmable centralized control system, along with servo-driven transmission, the QZB-1600 delivers high automation, precise operation, and smooth performance. The combined bag feeding system supports automatic feeding of flat bags and buckle bags, enhancing workflow efficiency.
The quantitative packaging scale adopts servo-driven feeding and a three-sensor load-bearing structure, with all components installed in a sealed working chamber to reduce corrosion and wear, extending equipment service life. A fault self-check system provides quick troubleshooting and reliable operation.
