Product Description
The QZB-1200T Pillow Shape Vacuum Packing Machine is a fully automatic packaging unit designed for double-sided vacuum and plastic bag packaging of granular or powdered bulk materials. After manually placing the bag, the machine automatically completes filling and sealing, ensuring efficient, accurate, and labor-saving operation.
Equipped with a touch screen and PLC programmable centralized control system and servo-driven transmission, the QZB-1200T offers a high degree of automation. The integrated bag feeding machine supports automatic feeding of PE bags and PE buckle bags, streamlining the packaging process.
The system features a quantitative packaging scale with separate cylinder-driven feeding and a three-sensor weighing structure. All weighing components are housed in a sealed working chamber, reducing corrosion and wear, and extending the equipment’s service life.
A one-button production change function allows rapid switching between packaging specifications. By selecting the desired specification on the touch screen, the machine automatically adjusts positions and parameters, achieving true packaging automation.
