Coalescing Filters

DD+/PD+ series
The lubrication of the compressor element or the compressor installation itself can produce oil aerosols, wet dust and water drops that could harm the entire air system. Atlas Copco’s DD+ and PD+ filters that use the oil coalescence filtration process to efficiently reduce these contaminants and ensure that your system runs more smoothly and efficiently.

These high-performance, oil-coalescing filters are engineered to cost-effectively provide top air purity at a low pressure drop. Thanks to their high-efficiency glass-fiber technology and a coarse 3D-structured layer/barrier, the DD+/PD+ series allows you to meet increasingly stringent air quality demands.
Their stainless-steel cores, epoxy-sealed caps and anti-corrosive coated filter housing make the filters especially reliable.

UD+ series
The UD+ series combines two filtration steps (DD+ and PD+) into a single unique technology that allows you to meet the high quality requirements of various applications while providing ultimate energy savings. However, they do not just save you money, but also space by eliminating the need for a second filter.

At the same time, these two-in-one coalescent filters protect your equipment and processes by efficiently reducing oil aerosol, wet dust and water droplets in your compressed air stream. The UD+ series ensures a lower pressure drop than a conventional filter combination, which results in energy savings. Thanks to the thick filter package, these filters also provide an air purity equal to that obtained by using two separate filters in a row.
With a patented drainage technology, the UD+ series prevents oil droplets from re-entering the air stream.

Dust Filters

DDp+/PDp+ series
With their pleated design and ribbed housing, these innovative filtration solutions were engineered to cost-effectively provide an outstanding air purity and to meet increasingly strict quality demands.

Their high-performance, stainless-steel cores, in combination with epoxy-sealed caps and a filter housing with anti-corrosive coating make the DDp+/PDp+ series highly reliable.

Silicone-Free Filters

SFA series
The silicone-free air filters of the SFA series prevent a wide range of contaminants from entering your compressed air system. They not only protect your equipment but also your end products and your entire operation.

Thanks to their glass fiber and fleece filtration media, SFA filters are highly efficient in removing dry and wet dust, particulates, oil aerosol and water droplets. Their low pressure drops ensure that you enjoy significant energy savings while lowering operating costs.
In addition, external ribs on the threaded housing and push-on elements make the filters of the SFA series easy to maintain.

Oil Vapor Filters

QD+ series
The macro-structured activated carbon of Atlas Copco’s QD+ series will reduce the residual oil content through adsorption to less than 0.003 mg/m³. In addition, it offers a low pressure drop that remains constant during the lifetime of the filter.
QD+ filters not only ensure a maximum oil vapor removal but also minimal dust release. They minimize operating costs and are extremely reliable thanks to stainless-steel cores, epoxy-sealed caps and a filter housing with anti-corrosive coating. The filters of the QD+ series are also easy to maintain, which lowers your operating costs further. The push-in element and drain connection were designed for effortless replacement. The service indicator shows (preventive) maintenance alerts.
QDT series
These filters consist of a high-efficiency activated carbon tower that removes oil vapor, hydrocarbons and odors from your compressed air supply. Using adsorption, the activated carbon layers will reduce the residual oil content to lower than 0.003 mg/m³.

Thanks to an optimal internal flow path, the filters of the QDT series also offer a low pressure drop that stays minimal throughout the filter’s lifetime. Their robust design and optimal filter material also make the QDT series highly reliable.
