Functional Features
1. Three-Sensor Weighing Structure
Specially designed three weight sensors eliminate force point deviation and signal distortion caused by uneven material distribution in the weighing hopper, ensuring high weighing accuracy and stable performance.
2. English Color Touch Screen Interface
Equipped with an English color screen operation interface, making operation intuitive and user-friendly. Clear function layout reduces misoperation and allows easy use even for new operators.
3. Manual Control Mode for Easy Cleaning
Supports manual control of the feeding and bagging mechanisms separately, making it convenient to clean lumped or blocked materials.
4. High-Precision Weighing & Control System
Adopts internationally advanced high-precision weighing sensors and quantitative controllers. The controller features a high-performance A/D converter with 240 conversions per second and 0.5 μV/d input sensitivity, ensuring high accuracy and excellent stability.
5. Automatic Drop Correction & Out-of-Tolerance Alarm
Built-in automatic drop correction function and out-of-tolerance alarm improve weighing accuracy and quality control.
6. Simple & Labor-Saving Operation
Only one operator is required. Simply place the bag and activate the bag clamping switch by hand; feeding, filling, sealing, and other processes are completed automatically.
