1. Three-Sensor Weighing Support
Specially designed three-sensor support eliminates stress point offset and signal distortion caused by uneven material distribution in the weighing hopper, ensuring high weighing accuracy and stability.
2. Sealed Sensor Studio
The specially designed sealed sensor housing isolates sensors from rice flour, dust, and water vapor, greatly prolonging trouble-free operation time.
3. Motor-Driven Action Mechanism
Unique motor-driven mechanism requires no working air source, simplifying installation and maintenance.
4. Manual & Automatic Control Modes
Supports both manual and automatic operation. Manual mode allows separate control of feeding and bagging mechanisms for easy cleaning of agglomerated or blocked materials. In automatic mode, the flow scale begins continuous measurement and discharge after the target value is set.

Equipped with high-precision weighing sensors and quantitative controllers. The controller features a high-performance A/D converter with 240 conversions per second and 0.5 μV/d input sensitivity, ensuring high accuracy and stable operation.
