Product Description
The QZB-1000S Brick Shape Vacuum Machine is a fully automatic solution designed for high-precision vacuum packaging of granular and powdered products in brick-shaped bags. After manually placing the bag, the machine automatically completes the vacuum filling and sealing process, ensuring efficient operation and consistent packaging quality.
Equipped with a touch screen interface and PLC programmable centralized control system, the QZB-1000S features full servo-driven transmission, enabling fast automatic changeover between different packaging specifications to meet flexible production requirements.
The system also includes fault self-check prompts, a sealed weighing chamber, and a three-sensor high-precision quantitative scale, reducing component wear and ensuring reliable, long-term operation. Its closed structural design with safety interlocks guarantees operator protection and safe operation.
