Product Description
The QZB-600M Automatic Packaging Machine (Large Packaging Version) is designed for efficient large bag packaging of materials ranging from 25–50kg. After manually placing the packaging bag, the machine can automatically complete filling and sealing, providing a convenient, fast, and labor-saving operation.
Equipped with a touch screen and PLC programmable control system, the machine offers a user-friendly human–machine interface. Fault self-check prompts allow operators to quickly troubleshoot issues, ensuring smooth production.
Safety is a priority: the closed structure with chain device automatically stops the machine if personnel enter the working area. The equipment only restarts after manual confirmation and reset, protecting operators effectively.
The unique patented woven bag opening technology (ZL2014 8 0011507.5) guarantees stable and reliable bag handling. The servo motor and gear transmission mechanism ensures each action is flexible, precise, and fast.
The automatic lifting conveyor features a wide range of lifting heights, precise and stable operation, and strong carrying capacity. The weighing system uses a three-sensor design with optimized layout to ensure even load distribution, improving stability and anti-interference capability.
