Product Description
The QZB-900N Automatic Packaging Machine is a fully automatic packaging unit designed for 5–25kg products, supporting both ordinary woven bag packaging and woven bag folding packaging. After manually placing the bag, the machine can automatically complete filling and sealing, offering efficient and labor-saving operation.
Equipped with a touch screen and PLC programmable centralized control system with servo-driven transmission, the machine achieves a high degree of automation. The combined bag feeding system supports automatic feeding of flat bags and buckle bags, ensuring smooth production flow.
The quantitative packing scale uses a cylinder-driven feeding system and a three-sensor load-bearing structure. All weighing components are housed in a sealed working chamber, minimizing corrosion and wear, and prolonging the equipment’s service life.
With the one-click production change function, operators can switch between different packaging phases on the touch screen. The machine automatically adjusts positions and system parameters, realizing true packaging automation. Safety is ensured with a closed structural design and safety interlocking devices, while the fault self-check system enables rapid troubleshooting.
